These are some well-placed cameras throughout the U.S. Wouldn't these come in handy during a natural disaster or a terrorist attack or something... then we could watch the mayhem in real-time. So complaining to Rey about them is pretty much a waste of energy. But you could always let him know about a camera that's consistently down so he can remove it, or complain to the camera owner by clicking the "Visit Site" link under the camera feed. Also, if cameras are giving you problems and you're still in the stone age running Internet Explorer, do yourself (and the world) a favor and upgrade to Firefox already, then update your Java.
